It's damn difficult to work with you guys.
One moment you're here, one moment you're not.
How am I supposed to make things work like that?

You are a leader. No longer a follower.
But are you acting like one?
Do you even know what you're doing?

You can just walk off like that.
You don't even dare to talk to your own members.
You dare to say that you're not familiar with your members.
You just stick with your company of friends and stay in the crowd.

Do you not know you're supposed to LEAD?
Do you not know that you are everyone's role model?
Do you not know that there are times that you just have to sacrifice?
Do you not know that you are holding great responsibility?


Do you not know that, if you want everyone else to work,
you want all our plans to be carried out well,
you want to see everyone improving,
it has to start from YOU, the leader?



And right now, I'm finding it so difficult to work with you guys.
I don't know, but it feels like you're not there at all,
I'm not even certain if you really care.

I see no seriousness, no maturity, no will, no direction in you.
All talk and no actions is like just telling me to go and die.


I don't know how to work with you all.
I don't know what I can do now.
